"Ray rescued our vacation"
We were almost in a frenzy since we had a trip to Mexico coming up in just 5 weeks. Upon checking the passport, we realized it had expired just 3 days prior. We discovered RJR and spoke with Ray, who guaranteed that we could have a renewal in 3-4 weeks. We looked into FedEx, and their price was roughly $200 higher. Ray delivered in just under 3 weeks.
